—— Itinerary ——

▸08:00-08:20 The vehicle will pick up guests at the hotel. Please double-check
the information on your confirmation voucher before boarding. Pick-up times
may vary slightly depending on the hotel's location, so please rely on the
confirmation voucher for the exact time. If the driver is delayed due to
traffic or other unexpected situations, we apologize for any inconvenience and
appreciate your understanding.

▸08:30-09:00 Arrive at the diving center. The staff or coach will verify your
diving equipment size and quantity (please provide accurate information when
making your reservation), and fill out a waiver and a health statement form.

▸09:00-09:40 Drive from Pattaya city center to the beautiful Samaesan fishing
village in the south of Pattaya. Board a specialized diving boat at the pier
and depart for the dive site. The coach will install and check all equipment
for proper function and give a brief explanation of the day's itinerary and
diving precautions. Please change into appropriate clothing and put on diving
equipment to prepare for the dive. (Guests who are exploring deep diving will
also receive instruction on diving theory and technique from a professional
diving coach.)

▸10:30 Arrive at the dive site. Guests participating in snorkeling or diving
will conduct their first snorkeling or diving of the day here. Guests who are
not snorkeling or diving or those who have completed their snorkeling or
diving can enjoy complimentary snacks, cold water, coffee, fruit, and free
activities on the boat.

▸12:30 Enjoy a self-service lunch on the boat.

▸13:30 After lunch, take a short break. The boat will then arrive at the
second dive site, where guests participating in snorkeling or diving will
conduct their second snorkeling or diving of the day.

▸14:20 End of the day's itinerary and return to the pier.

▸16:00 Drop off at your hotel. End of the day's enjoyable trip.

The order of activities and locations in the itinerary may be adjusted due
to weather, traffic, or crowd conditions on the day, without prior notice.

The maximum depth for unlicensed divers is 12 meters; licensed divers will
dive to the depth indicated on their certification, as the instructor will
guide you accordingly.

The diving locations are Samae San or Pattaya, and the specific site will be
randomly assigned by the diving company on the day. Guests cannot choose the
location. If assigned to the Samae San dive site, each person needs to pay an
additional 100 THB national park fee, payable on-site to the national park
staff.

▸1.The diving locations include Samae San or Pattaya. The diving site for the
day is randomly assigned by the diving company, and guests cannot specify. If
assigned to the Samae San diving site, an additional 100 Thai Baht per person
is required for the national park fee, payable on-site to the national park
staff.

▸2.Before booking, please check with customer service to confirm hotel pick-up
and slot availability. Once confirmed, feel free to proceed with your booking.
Booking without confirmation may result in unconfirmed reservations. We
appreciate your cooperation and understanding. If necessary, customers are
responsible for canceling unconfirmed bookings.

▸3.Passengers who have gone deep diving are not allowed to take a flight
within 18 hours.

▸4.If you need to wear contact lenses for myopia while diving, please take
protective measures in advance.

▸5.Please provide the passport name, age, height, weight, and shoe size of
each traveler so that we can prepare the equipment in advance.

▸6.The depth of uncertified diving is generally not more than 12 meters
(depending on individual ability), and the depth of certified diving is
generally around 30 meters.

▸7.Passengers can also bring waterproof cameras to take photos, but if they
require the coach to take photos, an additional fee of 800 Thai bahts will be
charged to the coach.

▸8.During the trip, please keep personal belongings and documents safe. If
they are lost or damaged during the trip, we will not be responsible.

▸9.If non certified divers need a certificate from the diving company, please
inform the guide after the trip.

▸10.It is recommended to bring: hats, mosquito repellent, spare clothes,
jackets, swimwear, towels, sunscreen, motion sickness medicine, and medicated
oil.

▸11.All diving equipment is used multiple times (shared), if you need new
equipment, you need to purchase it yourself (purchases need to be made in
advance, and the ship company does not sell them).

▸12.If certified deep divers need a stamp from the diving company, please
bring your own diving certificate (Diver logbook) before the trip and have the
diving company stamp it for you after the trip.

▸13.The activity sequence and location may be adjusted due to weather
conditions, traffic, and crowds at the attractions. We apologize for any
inconvenience in advance.

▸14.The location of the diving area will be arranged according to the weather
and tide conditions in Pattaya on that day. If it rains when departure time
comes, but the trip company can still depart as usual, and customrs do not
want to depart for their own reasons, the trip company will not accept any
refund for any reason.

▸15.There are inevitably certain safety risks in the sea trip. Please wear a
life jacket immediately when boarding. If you cannot swim, please ask the
coach to accompany you when snorkeling. For your own safety, please choose
according to your own physical condition.

▸16.Photography services can be purchased from the coach on site. The fee is
1000 Thai baht per person, and the downloaded photos will be sent to the
customer's email.

▸17.If the trip is forced to be cancelled or returned to the city early due to
weather factors and safety considerations, it will be considered a force
majeure factor and no refund will be given. For example, if only one
snorkeling activity is carried out and the trip time is shortened. For
customers who give up and interrupt the trip for personal reasons after the
trip starts, no additional refund will be given.

▸18If non certified divers want to obtain the PADI diving certificate, they
must be able to complete tasks such as removing the diving mask and regulator
underwater and venting the BCD buoyancy adjustment equipment during the trip
by themselves. It is not recommended for those who cannot swim at all or have
poor swimming skills. If any uncontrollable situation occurs, the diving
company and our company will not be responsible, and everything will be the
responsibility of the customer.

▸19.As this trip is a shared ride, the appointment time for pick-up is an
estimated time, and there may be time discrepancies due to traffic conditions
and different punctuality of individual passengers. Please understand!
Therefore, if the driver has not received you at the scheduled time on the day
of the trip, please wait patiently or contact the tour guide for assistance.
