・This ticket cannot be used on the day of purchase. Only trains from the following day onward can be reserved and boarded.
・Seat reservations must be made from the time of purchase up to 5 minutes before the departure of the desired train.
・Please note that you can only make changes to your train schedule twice, and this is only allowed within 5 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
・Seat selection is limited to regular seats; super seats are not available.
・Please use a designated ticket gate compatible with digital tickets. This service is not available at stations without such gates.

・In the event of temporary closure due to inclement weather, your ticket can be exchanged for a discount coupon redeemable at the on-site shop or cafe.
・Please note that refunds in cash or by credit card are not available. Thank you for your understanding.
・As access to the Special Outdoor Observation Deck requires using stairs, guests who have difficulty or are unable to climb stairs are advised to refrain from entering.
・For safety reasons, we may restrict the amount of baggage you can bring into the venue.
・Bringing food, drinks, flammable items, and other prohibited materials into the venue is not allowed.
・Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the tower, and no designated smoking areas are available.
