- For pick up/drop off, the operator use car/minivan for shuttle service to
transfer customers to the office to board the big sleeping bus there. Pick up
time is 15-45mins before departure. Drop off time is 15-45mins after arrival.

weather conditions, toilet break, etc.

Was picked up by G8. Admin staffs were good, responsive and able to solve problems. The staffs onboard the bus were okay, they dont really speak English and will assist you minimally.
