Join this hands-on eco-tour to discover Hoi An's sustainable side. You'll be
picked up and cycle 5km to Thanh Dong village, immersing yourself in the
rustic beauty of the countryside as you pass green water coconut forests and
rice fields. Upon arrival at Madame Vân_Food & Drinks, you'll be welcomed with
a refreshing herbal Lemon Tea with Butterfly Pea Flower, picked directly from
the garden.
Tour the garden with your host to learn about circular, clean agriculture
before diving into the main workshop. You will visit the Native and Adaptable
Plant Nursery to understand the practical role these key species play in
biodiversity and sustainable living. Get your hands dirty as you learn how to
prepare soil substrate and start new plants from both seeds and cuttings. This
experience is designed to teach a regenerative mindset you can apply in your
own life.
After the workshop, you'll enjoy a short cooking class to make "Banh Xeo"
(local pancake) followed by a delicious Vietnamese family-style lunch or
dinner. The tour concludes with a relaxing e-car ride back to your hotel.
