At the core, we’re a family business with our management team being 6th & 7th generation Banks Peninsula locals. Alongside our family members, we have a passionate team who are committed to you having a once-in-a-lifetime experience!
We keep our passenger groups small so that you have more room to move around the boat, and enjoy your cruise without overcrowding or missing dolphin sightings due to a shortage of viewing space. Our boat has a low-lying profile which means you get closer to the wildlife!
When you board our boat you’ll be offered a complimentary drink. Choose from beer, award-winning local wine or non-alcoholic options. You’ll also enjoy our famous home-baked treats made from our family recipe and served to you by our delightful onboard crew.
We are committed to the conservation of our harbour's environment and wildlife. After all, it’s the centre point of our business.
*Check-in is 30 minutes prior to the departure, with boarding 15 minutes beforehand.

had a great morning cruise with skipper Dave, and his assistants Lucy and Hannah. the newbie dolphin dog Wilbur was goofing around and making friends most of the time, but we still managed to spot some Hector’s dolphins and fur seals. the drink and cookie was a nice touch.
Staffs were nice. Boat is not too big so group size is not big as well (we love that). Kids were enjoy. Everything was good.
We had an amazing tour of the Akaroa Harbour, and we managed to see a Hector’s dolphin too! We originally booked the afternoon session but was asked to reschedule to the morning session because the weather was looking to be fantastic in the morning - and we are so glad that we did! The tour was also highly informative as the skipper doubled as a guide. Highly recommended!
Absolutely worth the price! Managed to see multiple Hector dolphins, penguins and fur seals. The tour was informative and our skipper narrated the geological formation and history of the place. A must do in Akaroa!
Easy to receive the boarding ticket, enjoyable cruise ride to explore wild life dolphins and geographical landscapes.
Cruise was enjoyable, captain's commentary and description of the history and landmarks of the area was nicely done, and saw lots of dolphins during the cruise!
