Highlights
Journey through a gastronomic experience in a relaxed evening of contemporary Chinese cuisine and South African wine. Hosted by Springbok Wines, a Hong Kong-based South African wine importer, this dinner includes a six-course tasting menu elegantly paired with six boutique South African wines. As each wine is poured, your hosts, Abilio and Alan, will unravel stories behind the unique wines, their makers and their estates. Madame Fù is a delightful contemporary Chinese restaurant located in Tai Kwun, a historic 1880s colonial building. Your dinner venue has even been gazetted as a declared monument in 1995.
