Lovely day, amazing views and seamless logistics. And we particularly enjoyed the informative commentary from the female coach driver (sorry, didn’t catch name - the one whose husband is also a driver!) between boats. Would just advise to bring plenty of your own water as there was nowhere to get any refills on the return from the cruise, which takes more than a couple of hours.
Skipper Kate at first catamaran was least enthusiastic and showing interests in her job. Her commentaries were like tape recording and monotonous. No smile on her face throughout the journey to Doubtful Sound. That’s bad and sad. Drivers and the next skipper on the next lag on Doubtful cruise are more Cheerful with occasional jokes to make the long journey relaxing and Happy. I took another catamaran for Milford cruise , at least hot water and free tea bags are complimentary which is helpful during winter.
