Meet your guide at the Warner Stables, the big red stables located at the end of Sundance Road in Banff, and show them your smartphone ticket

You will have to sign a waiver for yourself and any children under 18

There is plenty of free parking at the site

Please remember that the minimum age for this activity is 8 years and the maximum weight 230lbs (104kg). You may be required to confirm your weight on a scale and provide proof of your child's age. If the requirements are not met, the booking will be forfeited without a refund

Please also remember that all participants must understand basic English and that children will not be paired with an adult, but must ride their own horse

Mosquito repellent and long pants are highly recommended
