Do you like Mexican food and want to learn how to prepare typical dishes in a traditional way? This class is for you, 100% practical with written menus included, you will learn how to prepare various traditional dishes from the region that you can easily replicate in your place of origin. You will learn the meaning of the terminology of Mexican cuisine and why traditional utensils have been used since pre-Hispanic times. You will learn to select the best ingredients for each dish: Meat in its Juice or Pozole, or Tamales, or Chiles Rellenos, Jarritos with Tequila, a whole menu with a tequila-based drink, main course, dessert and side dishes, when you contact me I will tell you the options. We have options for vegetarians and vegans. Do not hesitate to contact me in advance if you have dietary restrictions or a larger group than established

Do you like Mexican cuisine and would like to learn how to prepare some of the most recommended dishes during your visit to Guadalajara in a nice patio of a house located right in the Downtown area a few blocks from the Metropolitan Cathedral in a relaxed way?, accompany me privately to enjoy this fun experience in which we will first go to the Mayor Market, along the way I will give you a tour of the area considered historic, we will have a traditional light breakfast and buy the ingredients of the selected menu; I will share tips so that the ingredients are always of the highest quality; later we will go to prepare the dishes. I'll send you some ideas of options for you to put together your own menu, this includes: tequila-based drink, principar dish with complements, sauces and handmade tortillas.
