We arrived early in our own transport. We received our tickets via QR codes from Pelago and easily entered the grounds. We rented an electric car and managed to see practically everything in two hours. It’s very convenient and effortless. So many positive impressions, especially for the child! Definitely worth the money!
The zoo provides a chance to see animals in spacious, natural habitats, allowing for up-close encounters with a variety of species. The park is well-maintained and family-friendly, making it a great day out.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! We were there to visit Moo Deng.
Amazing place to spend a day admiring wildlife and animals. During the weekday it’s easy to avoid the crowds, even though some sectors (for example, pygmy hippo) attract 10x more people than others. The only downside was about the restaurants for lunch — the one in front of the flamingoes area wasn’t that good, food was badly cooked and impossible to eat. Overall wonderful experience if you love observing nature
On my ticket was said that the "electric tram" service is included. But the Zoo staff was unaware of such an opportunity. They offered me to pay for the tram separately. So I spent around 20 minutes trying to explain that this service is included to my ticket to the staff. They simply were unfamiliar with the list of services included to this type of ticket.
