During peak season, getting tickets for Schönbrunn Palace and the Belvedere can be difficult, and waiting times may be long
Usage
After booking, you will receive a separate email with login instructions for your e-pass
Activate your pass and use the mobile QR code for entry
Note that scanning the Tiqets QR code will not grant access
Steps to make reservations for attractions that require booking:
Once you purchase your Vienna E-pass, you will receive an access link to your pass management panel
To reserve an attraction, simply click on the “Reserve Tour” option, select your preferred date, enter your hotel details, and submit the form
You will receive confirmation from the tour provider within 24 hours
