Usage
Guided Bike Tour:
The date you book is for Alcatraz and can't be amended. Your bike tour will be booked automatically the day before (unless you reschedule it)
Go to Bay City Bike Rentals & Tours at Fishermans Wharf and show your smartphone ticket
It starts at 10:00. Make sure to be there 30 minutes early
Alcatraz:
You must do this visit on the booked day
Show your smartphone voucher and a government-issued photo ID and collect your paper tickets at the Groups Window at Pier 33. Then continue to the boarding line
Please arrive 45 minutes before departure
You can stay on Alcatraz as long as you like; ferries return every 30 minutes

A liability waiver form must be signed prior to the bike tour by all guests 18 years of age and older. Under-18s must be cosigned by a legal parent/guardian

Bags larger than a standard backpack, 16" x 20", are not allowed on Alcatraz Island. Over-sized packs and luggage are not permitted. No exceptions. There are also no storage lockers at Pier 33

The contour of Alcatraz Island is rugged and steep. The distance between the dock and Alcatraz prison is about 1/4 mile (.4km), and the elevation change is 130 feet (40 meters)
Sustainable Easy Access Transport (S.E.A.T.) is available to those with mobility impairment
Consuming foods is only allowed at picnic areas
