30 minsAdmission Ticket IncludedAfter getting off the conventional train, please take 8 minutes walk to Ferry terminal along the seaside. There are two operating companies. In this tour, you will board the ferry operated by “Miyajima Matsudai Kisen Tourist Ship”. Please submit the enclosed boarding coupon (ferry ticket) at the boarding counter and receive a round-trip ticket. One boarding coupon per group for round-trip. Departures are every 10-15 minutes, and the ferry ride takes approximately 10 minutes. After arriving at Miyajima, please stroll down the area on your own and return to Miyajima in time.Itsukushima Shrine

Itsukushima Shrine is a UNESCO World Heritage site famous for its floating torii gate. The shrine and its torii gate are unique for being built over water, seemingly floating in the sea during high tide. The shrine consists of multiple buildings, including a prayer hall, main hall and noh theater stage, which are connected by boardwalks and supported by pillars above the sea. Momijidani literally means “Maple valley”, and they are beautiful in all seasons. Also, there is an opportunity to encounter dears in the park. Take a leisurely stroll and immerse yourself in the natural beauty. For panoramic views, head to Mt. Misen and reach the summit via the Miyajima Ropeway.
