0–5 years old children are not permitted to enter due to safety management reasons.

Guests aged 6 to 17 may use the facility only when accompanied by a guardian (children aged 6 to 11 must be accompanied by a guardian of the same gender) and must leave by 18:00 (last admission at 15:00).

Guests who are heavily intoxicated, have skin diseases, or are suspected of having other contagious illnesses will be refused entry.

Guests with tattoos or body art (including tattoos, paint, stickers, etc.), members of organized crime groups, individuals affiliated with or related to anti-social organizations, or anyone deemed inappropriate for use of the facility will be refused entry.

When using the ticket, please open the usage screen from the voucher link sent to you at the time of purchase, tap the “Use” button, and present the screen to the staff.

*If multiple tickets are purchased in a single transaction, they cannot be used individually and will all be activated at the same time. If you wish to use them separately on different occasions, please purchase them in separate transactions.
*For security protection, you may be required to complete One-Time Password (OTP) authentication. In that case, please follow the steps below.
1. Enter the email address that will receive the OTP and press the send button.
2. Check that the OTP has been delivered to the email address set in Step 1. (The email containing the OTP will be sent from the domain “@linktivity.co.jp”. Please also check your spam folder. If you cannot find it there, the email address may have been entered incorrectly. Please reopen the usage screen URL from the voucher and re-enter your email address.)
3. Enter the OTP stated in the email on the ticket screen and press the confirm button. If entered correctly, the usage screen will be displayed. (Once OTP authentication is completed, future OTPs will be sent to the registered email address. This email address cannot be changed, so please set an address that you can access on the day of use.)

This product is based on the basic admission rate.
If you use the facility on a date that does not fall under the basic rate, or if you add optional services, additional charges will apply. Please pay the price difference on-site.
