Do gift cards expire?
Our gift cards offer flexibility for your travel plans. They are valid for 1 year from the date of delivery. Booked activities can take place outside the validity period of the gift card.
Can a gift card be used on more than one booking?
Yes, absolutely! You can use your gift card across multiple bookings until the full value has been redeemed. Enjoy the freedom to book various activities to suit your travel itinerary.
Can a gift card be used on anything on Pelago?
Yes, our gift cards can be used for anything payable with money on Pelago (e.g. this excludes KrisFlyer experiences that are only redeemable with miles). Your gift card opens up a world of travel possibilities, including tours, attractions, e-sims, airport transfers, rail passes, and more. Please note that gift cards cannot be combined with promo codes, airline promos or another gift card for the same booking.
How can I check my gift card balance?
Checking your gift card balance is easy! Simply log in to your account and go to âRewardsâ. The remaining credit available will be displayed under each gift card. This can also be easily seen when you apply your gift card under the Promo code field during checkout. If your booking total is more than the value of your gift card, you can pay the difference with the usual payment methods available.
Will I earn miles?
Yes, you will earn miles on your purchase of the gift card as long as it was not redeemed with miles. To ensure your miles are credited, please make sure your KrisFlyer number is filled in at checkout. Please note that when using gift cards for bookings, miles will not be earned on the amount paid with the gift card credits.
What happens to my gift card credit if my booking is cancelled?
Should your booking be cancelled, any portion paid with a gift card will be credited back to your original gift card. This credit will then be available for use again, maintaining its original validity period.
