Loved the Day cruise and enjoyed the activities. Tiptop beach was over crowded. Couldn't really enjoy the beach. The speedboat activity was thrilling. The bus from Hanoi to Halong Bay and back was very comfortable. Our tour guide Mr Nam Le was really good and informative about Vietnam history and also explained well about the cruise activities. The main disappointment however was the food choice in the buffet. And no Red Wine was provided in the evening sun deck party. Only green tea and light snacks were provided. Overall a good trip 👍
The Halong Bay cruise was not bad — our guide was informative and did his best to give us a good experience. However, the boat we boarded looked quite different from the photos on the website. It would be more helpful if real, updated pictures were used to manage expectations better.
