• Please enter your flight number, departure time, and arrival time if you want to get picked up at the airport
• Depending on the number of passengers and vehicle selection, you may need to change the vehicle type, so please check the number of people and the number of bags in advance before making a reservation
• If you request to change the pick-up time on the same day, it may be difficult to change it depending on the vehicle allocation status
• If you want a schedule other than the golf course, please proceed with a 12-hour daily rental product

Information about pick-up:

• If you choose pick-up at the airport, please wait for customer service to inform you in advance of the meeting location
• If you choose pick-up at a hotel, the pick-up will be held in the lobby on the first floor. If the pick-up is delayed, the driver will wait up to 30 minutes, or else it will be considered a no-show
• Remember to check the vehicle for your belongings when getting off. Leaving items behind as the driver moves on may result in additional costs

• After arriving at the golf course, you will receive the driver's number, and after the round, you can give the driver's phone number to the caddy
• Excluding travel time, you can wait up to 6 hours for 18 holes / up to 7 hours for 27 holes / up to 9 hours for 36 holes. After that, THB200 per hour will be added
• The waiting time is not the available time, but is the maximum time that takes into account the case of delay due to tee-off delay, etc. Do note that waiting time cannot be used for personal scheduling purposes
