• For those suffering from heart disease or other medical conditions, please notify us in advance for your safety. If you use the tour without prior notice, the tour may be refused and no refund will be given.
• The tour is not recommended for those with back problems or infants as there may be backlash from the speedboat.
  
• Please be especially careful about losing valuables and cash, as well as personal safety accidents. We cannot help you if you lose valuables. (If possible, please keep your valuables in the safe in your room. Please take a photo of your valuables and keep it.)
  
• Those who do not choose marine sports while moving to Coral Island must wait until others finish. Parasailing must be done while waiting, and sea walking or playground must be done while waiting according to the route that day.
• For personal expenses, you only need to bring enough for snacks and tips.
  
• What to bring: Slippers or sandals, towel (you can rent a towel from the hotel), sunscreen, sunglasses, comfortable clothes or swimsuit *Please wear a swimsuit underneath and something to cover your body on top.
• The maximum coverage limit for local accident insurance in Thailand is 500,000 baht, and in the event of a problem, the remaining hospital treatment costs excluding the portion at fault will be paid. Treatment costs will be paid directly to the local hospital, not in cash.
• The second Wednesday of every month is the Thai government's designated beach clean-up day. On this day, you can leave your luggage and rest at a nearby restaurant instead of using the beach umbrellas.
  
• When using marine sports, be sure to follow the instructions of safety personnel and pay attention to personal safety.
  
• Activities included in the options are difficult to change.
  

【Meeting Information】

• The exact pickup time and vehicle number will be sent to you via KakaoTalk one day before the tour. When making a reservation, please be sure to leave a phone number or KakaoTalk ID that can be reached via KakaoTalk.
• The knight meeting is basically held in the lobby. (However, please wait in the lobby of the Bay Tower for Holiday Inn Hotel, the lobby of the Chic Tower for Discovery Beach Hotel, the lobby of the Tower Building for Zign Hotel, and the lobby on the 1st floor for Hilton Pattaya.)
• Additional charges may apply depending on the hotel location upon pick-up. These additional charges can be paid directly to the guide on site.
• Areas other than Pattaya City may incur additional charges. You can pay the additional charges directly to the guide on site. (Please check [ Pickup Fee and Pickup Location Information ] for additional pickup charges.)
• Hotel arrival time may vary slightly depending on local traffic conditions.
  
• If you take the bus to the pick-up location, you can meet at the Trio Pattaya Hotel or J Pattaya Hotel, which are hotels near the terminal. (However, pick-up and drop-off are not available at Pattaya North Terminal.)

【Information on Marine Sports Options】

• Children can participate in water sports when accompanied by a guardian or guide, but may not be permitted to participate if it is determined that the activity is difficult to perform on site.
• Playground (snorkeling, paddle boats, amusement equipment) - Enjoy the amusement equipment installed on the sea in a dedicated space and enjoy paddle boats and snorkeling.
• Personal photography equipment is not allowed during sea walking.
  
• Parasailing (1 lap / about 3 minutes)
  - Children ride with a guide.
  - People who weigh over 100 kg or have scars on their legs cannot use the service.
  - If boarding is not possible on site, a jet ski or banana boat can be used instead. (No refunds)
  
  
• Jet ski
  - You will ride with a licensed guide.
  - If an accident occurs while using a jet ski without a guide, we cannot provide assistance.
  - If boarding is denied on site for safety reasons, a refund will be issued.
  
  
• Banana Boat (1 lap, about 15 minutes)
  - You can add marine sports options on-site, and pay in baht directly to the guide on-site.
  - On-site prices: Banana boat (about 5 minutes) 300 baht / Playground 300 baht / Jet ski (about 5 minutes) 400 baht / Sea walking (about 15 minutes) 500 baht / Parasailing (1 lap) 500 baht, (2 laps) 1,000 baht

* The on-site price is per person, and it is cheaper than the on-site price if you reserve in advance.
**If you wish to use additional marine sports on the day, you can pay in Baht directly to the guide.

• Water sports are not possible due to weather conditions.
  - If snorkeling is not possible due to bad weather or green algae, only the playground can be used without a separate refund.
  - If the tour is canceled due to weather conditions such as advisories or warnings, a full refund will be given. However, if the customer decides to give up the tour without separate notice, no refund will be given.
  - Partial refunds will be given for water sports that are not used after the tour starts. (Parasailing: 200 Baht / Jet Ski: 150 Baht / Playground: 150 Baht / Banana Boat: 100 Baht / Sea Walking: 200 Baht)
  

【Information on Marine Sports Options】

• About carrying a carrier
  - Basically, you cannot bring a carrier. If you want to bring a carrier, you must request it in advance and it can be stored at Bali Hai Pier. (100 baht per piece, payable on site)
  - Pick-up is by Songthaew vehicle. Large carriers (28-30 inches) may cause inconvenience to other customers, so we recommend reporting to the hotel lobby and then proceeding with the tour.
  
  
• Shower facilities related
  - Shower facilities are separate from the tour product, and operation and fees may vary depending on the situation.
  - Individually prepare soap, shampoo, towel, etc.
  1) Shower room in Coral Island: 40 baht per person
  2) Bali Hai Pier Shower Room: Shower room 50 baht per person / Toilet 10 baht per person
