- Parents of children who are not potty trained must purchase mandatory swim diapers for MYR11 upon entry to the Water Park.
- Children's tickets must be purchased with at least one accompanying adult.
- Baby Care centres are available in the park with baby-changing facilities such as bottle warmers, high chairs, rockers for nursing moms, and a microwave.
- All restrooms in the Parks are equipped with diaper-changing tables while family restrooms are also available.
- Stroller rental available at RM58 (Single) and RM80 (Double). Deposit is required (refundable upon the return of stroller).
- Day tickets allow only one entry per day and multiple entries per day for Annual Passes.
- Age and height restrictions on some of the attractions can be found on the official website.
- Due to Malaysia's tropical climate, thunderstorms occur regularly. In the event of lightning, outdoor attractions will be closed for the safety of all visitors. As these storms generally occur in the late afternoon or early evening, it is recommended that guests allocate this period for shopping, eating at a restaurant, or utilising the indoor attractions.
- Parking is located at Zone 1 & 2 (RM10 per entry). Free parking promotion can only be redeemed for parking at Zone 1 & 2. Touch N Go service is available. Please take note that the Zone 3 car park (beside Mall of Medini) is no longer a property of LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort. Parking for the disabled are located at Zone 1 car park, which is near to the park entrance. Contact us at +607 597 8888 in advance for arrangement. Please note this facility is strictly based on availability.

We bought to use during our stay at Legoland hotel and it was perfect. Allowed entry on both days without any issues and we were told it would allow for exit and re-entry same day if needed too. We had to line up in the travel agent tickets line to convert to a pass which could be used at the gate but the whole process was very easy and a more affordable option than buying at the gate. Legoland itself was very quiet - we went during weekdays in late April. I wouldn’t recommend the cost of individual tickets for the aquarium itself as it was very basic but worth a quick visit with a pass like this where it’s already included.
