You will sample, taste and savor a variety of flavors from different parts of Mexico in safe and cleaning environments. You will try fresh seafood & ceviches, home barbecue & variety of tacos (Al Pastor, barbecue, seafood, beef, etc.). Also, you will try Antojitos Mexicanos (small dishes) like Quesadillas, Tamales, Salbutes etc., fresh tropical juices, Aguas Frescas, ice cream, crepes. We wrap up the evening stopping at an authentic chocolate location for a last chance of flavors; like desserts or a new favorite refreshing beverage. Chocolate flavors is a must here. Perhaps try the corn or carrot cakes; my favorites. While trying variety of food you will also learn stories and tales of the origin of such flavors, and how those have made Playa del Carmen an interesting new culinary spot in The Caribbean.
