1. Minimum age for snorkeling: 5 years old and above; minimum age for introductory diving: 10 years old and above; maximum age for both is under 60 years old on the day of the activity.
2. Guests who are minors must bring a consent form signed by a family member on the day of the event; guests aged 12 or under must be accompanied by a parent.
3. The event will proceed as scheduled even in rainy weather, provided the sea conditions are calm and suitable for sailing.
4. Due to the rapidly changing weather in Okinawa and the narrow entrance to the Blue Cave, it may be impossible to enter the cave if the wind direction or strength is strong. In such cases, we will arrange for diving/snorkeling at a nearby dive site instead. No refunds will be given for changes in activity locations. Thank you for your understanding.
5. The corresponding languages ​​are Japanese and basic English.
6. If the minimum number of participants required for the group to form is not reached, the reservation will be fully refunded. Minimum group size:

Snorkeling can be booked for one guest, but a minimum of two guests are required for the activity to proceed. If only one guest registers for a particular time slot on a given day, the group will need to wait for the activity to be completed. Introductory diving requires a minimum of two participants; single guests are not accepted.

For safety reasons, participants who violate the following rules on the day of the event will be unable to participate and will not be eligible for a refund:

• Weight exceeds 110 kilograms.

• Pregnant women, those with physical disabilities, those with mobility impairments, those suffering from mental, circulatory, respiratory, or cardiovascular diseases, those with claustrophobia, those with high blood pressure, asthma or pneumothorax, otitis media, epilepsy, diabetes, liver diseases, those with hangovers, those with medication habits, those who have previously undergone surgery, those with serious illnesses, or those who consumed alcohol or had a hangover on the day of their visit are not eligible.

• The passenger's health condition on the day did not meet the store's criteria for participation in the activity.

• For safety reasons, you must take a plane within 12 to 24 hours after diving.
