The operator texted us when the driver could not locate us ( due to flight delay we were still collecting our luggage. All good once we came out of the gate and keep a lookout for his car number.
We have 7 adults, 1 young kid and 2 infants in our family group. The transport went smoothly. Someone held a sign with my name upon arrival at Exit 11 and we just needed to wait for approximately 10mins before the car arrived. The driver helped us to load and unload all our luggages to the van. Good service, thanks!!
Driver wasn't there when I arrived. Had to contact the company but everything straighten out. They sent a bigger van instead of a sedan car. Very short ride to the old town of about 10min. Ride was smooth. Driver was very polite.

No sign in the terminal, had to go outside. Wrong hotel name given to driver ( there are 2 with similar names) Luckily we saw and corrected. We waited 10-15 minutes and the standard of vehicle wasn't great - comfortable but needed a good clean out. Driver was nice. Overall much worse than my Danang pick up
