Before heading into the water, the activity begins with a short theory session on a simulator, where the instructor will assess your previous experience and adapt the lesson to your skill level. If you are trying windsurfing for the first time, you will learn the basics of safety, equipment handling, wind direction, body positioning, and simple techniques for an easy and safe start.
