The Standard Washoku Course includes Japanese rice, miso soup, teriyaki chicken, dashi-maki tamago (Japanese rolled omelet), tempura, accompanied by Japanese green tea, sweets, and fruit.
The Sushi and Tempura Course offers making temari sushi, inari sushi, deluxe tempura, miso soup, small dishes, tea, sweets, and fruit. This course is vegetarian-friendly.
A Customized Course allows choosing a main dish such as okonomiyaki, katsudon, Japanese curry, or yaki gyoza, paired with miso soup, side dishes, pickles, tea, sweets, and fruit.
Classes are kept small, with up to 4 participants, ensuring personalized attention and a friendly atmosphere that feels like cooking with a local family. English is spoken to assist throughout the session. Additionally, aprons, towels, printed recipes, and a certificate of completion are provided.
