●When entering the Tokyo Tower Main Deck, please present the voucher with the QR code on your smartphone directly at the elevator.
●When collecting an admission ticket / train pass, the QR code issued after the booking is required. Please bring a device that can display the QR code or show a printed voucher.
●Please note you can’t collect a ticket or enter an attraction if you can’t show the voucher with a QR code.
●In case of bad weather or other emergencies, the facilities will be temporarily closed. Please check the website of each facility before visiting.
●Coin lockers (charged) are available on the 1st floor of Tokyo Tower Foot Town.

Can be exchanged for up to 90 days from the date of purchase.
* The ticket is valid for 6 months after being exchanged.

< Expiration >
24/48/72 hours after first passing through the ticket gate.
* The valid time will be printed on the ticket when you pass through the ticket gate.

< How to Exchange >
● You can exchange your voucher for a physical ticket by scanning it at the tourist ticket machines located at major Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway stations.
● The QR code on the voucher issued after booking completion is required for the exchange. Please present the QR code printed on paper or displayed on your smartphone screen.

< Important Notes >
● Tickets may become unusable at the ticket gates if affected by strong magnetic fields from smartphones, home appliances, metal fittings, etc. Please be careful not to keep the ticket too close to items that emit strong magnetic fields. If the ticket cannot be used at the gate, please inform a station staff member.
● This ticket is eligible for "Chikatoku" benefits.

Q: How can I confirm my booking?
A: When your reservation is confirmed, we will send an email with instructions to the email address you provided. Please check the reservation details and the voucher with the QR code. You can also view your reservation information using the "Reservation Details" link in the email.

Q: I book the ticket with my smartphone; I can’t print the voucher. Is it possible to exchange the ticket by presenting the voucher on the smartphone?
A: Yes. You can present the QR code on your smartphone to collect a ticket.

Q: How to use the ticket?
A: A voucher with a QR code will be sent to your email after the booking is confirmed. Please collect an admission ticket by using the voucher. For some business operators, you may only need to show your voucher on the smartphone to participate in the experience. Please check each product page for more details.

Q: Can I change or cancel my booking?
A: Sorry, the booking can't be canceled or changed.

Q: How to Purchase
A: After selecting the type of Ticket, click "Proceed to Order" and complete your payment. Once your reservation is complete, your reservation details and a voucher will be sent to your registered email address. Click "Use E-ticket" in the email to display your ticket. You can also check it by logging into your account and navigating to "My Page" > "Reservation Information" > "View Reservation Information" at the top right of the screen. * If you do not have an account, new registration will be required.
