*This is a special ticket type. After booking, you must go to the Guangzhou Bonski ticket window to collect your ticket in person (please bring your original ID card). Do not convert your ticket to a QR code online or use a self-service ticket machine.

When booking, you must fill in the full name and the Home Return Permit/Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents/Passport/ID card number of each traveler.

Inclusions: Guangzhou Bonski 2-Day Unlimited Ski Pass, including ski clothing, ski boots, helmet, skis, ski poles (poles provided for alpine skis only), and a locker. The pass is personal and non-transferable, valid for unlimited skiing for two consecutive days from the activation date (including the activation day) during park operating hours, with access to ski lifts and magic carpets and no restrictions on ski trails. Children must purchase a valid ticket as no free tickets are provided.

Exclusions: Does not include access to the snow play area; a separate ticket must be purchased to enjoy these activities.

Please note: The date selected at the time of booking is for reference only. The valid activation period starts from the date of purchase. Within 10 days of purchase (inclusive), bring your valid ID and ticket code to the Guangzhou Bonski ticket counter to register your facial recognition, lock the pass to one person, and activate the 2-day unlimited ski pass. If not activated within 10 days, the pass will be automatically activated, and no refunds or changes will be allowed after activation. The 2-day ski pass is valid for two consecutive days from activation (including the activation day). Please use the ski card within the valid period.

The price includes: one 2-hour snow play ticket for children at Guangzhou Bonski, valid for children aged 3-12 years old (inclusive), calculated based on their birthday. Children must present relevant identification at the gate to prove their age before entering the ski resort with the paying adult. If the age does not match, the difference will be charged at the daily rate. The ticket includes a snowsuit, snow boots, locker, and helmet, and allows unlimited access to all snow activities open on the day of purchase. The total play time is 2 hours. The ticket is for personal use only and cannot be transferred. Children do not receive free admission; please purchase a ticket as usual.

Entry to the Ski Resort: Hot Snow Wonderland implements a fully real-name entry system. For your convenience, please bring your original ID card, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, Residence Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, Residence Permit for Taiwan Residents, or passport. Please present your ticket code and valid ID card at the self-service card machine or ticket window inside the ski resort/Sunac Mall to exchange for a ski pass. The deadline for ski pass collection is 2 hours before the ski resort closes for business. Please plan your card collection time accordingly. Upon entering the ski resort, you will need to present your ID card and ski pass to verify your age before passing through the gate.

Please use your ticket on the designated date. Tickets are valid for one-time use only; re-entry requires a new ticket. Please note the latest opening time on the day of your visit and plan your entry accordingly to avoid insufficient play time. Friendly reminder: During holidays, there may be large crowds. Please arrive early to exchange your ticket and queue for entry. Crowd control measures may be implemented during peak hours.

The actual participant information must match the identification information filled in during booking. If there are accompanying persons, please use their respective identification information to purchase tickets. Minors must fill in their own identification information for booking and enter the ski resort together with the adult who purchased the ticket. Please ensure that the identification information of the participants/travelers filled in during booking is accurate, true, and complete. Any inability to verify or enter the ski resort, or any loss caused by false or incorrect information submitted, will be borne by the participant.
