The massage itself was great and I'd recommend anyone in the Nimman area to give it a try. Point of improvement, however lies with Pelago as there could be a direct messaging platform in Pelago between merchant and consumer. This arose as the merchant initially wrote in to Pelago to ask on the timing I'd like to book and when I replied to the automated Pelago email, the merchant was unable to receive it and this took time to clarify on the day itself.
