Must Know
Tours end near Jackson Square at the center of the French Quarter. Remember to wear comfortable shoes. You will take a 10-minute comfort break halfway through the tour for restrooms and refreshments.
Usage
We recommend arriving a little early to check in at the Box Office inside the Voodoo Lounge, 718 N Rampart Street. Show your smartphone voucher at the Box Office. Your reservation is under your name. You will be issued a wristband at the ticket window that indicates which guide's tour you will join.
The Voodoo Lounge is on the corner of N Rampart and Orleans Streets. There is a family-friendly entrance on Orleans Street if underage participants need restrooms prior to the tour.

Tours operate rain or shine. New Orleans enjoys a tropical type weather pattern, meaning it rains a little about 200 days a year! Should you expect inclement weather, please bring a poncho or umbrella along. Your guide will do their best to keep you under balconies and galleries during the storytelling.
