The transfer service pick-up time is usually 30 mins before your selected session, please confirm the pick-up time with the local agency via the customer service message system.

Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 48 hours.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 15 days before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 15 days before the date of selection.
