The esim is easy to install and activate, the internet was stable and fast in Japan
I purchased a 15-day eSIM data plan and although I encountered an issue after about four days of usage, the after-sales support was excellent. I contacted the service provider, Frewie, via WhatsApp and was assisted by Andrew, who was extremely patient and professional. He took the time to try every possible way to troubleshoot the issue. In the end, Andrew resolved the problem by issuing a new eSIM, which was a pleasant surprise as I initially thought I would need to purchase a new one. The prompt and thoughtful support turned a potentially stressful situation into a very positive experience.
