For safety reasons, it is prohibited to walk on the ski slopes in the ski resort with ski equipment in hand. If you do not have ski equipment, you are not allowed to enter the ski resort and are limited to rest in the dining area.
According to the ski resort regulations, for safety reasons, you may not be allowed to ride the cable car or use the ski slopes if you are not wearing ski clothes. Please be advised.
If you change the reservation details/departure date/number of passengers within 72 hours of departure, a handling fee of JPY 5,000 will be charged per person. Please pay attention to the correct number of passengers and departure date before booking.
