Absolutely poor I booked transport with you from JFK to downright NYC. Your driver did not arrive, no one contacted me. This is inspite of your assurance I would be contacted andcollected. PG26037X6VO9 is my reference. I even emailed Pelago to add in my terminal to be connected from and your replies state clearly that I should be contacted. I subsequently had to queue for a taxi whilst waiting to be contacted You've also collected my fees from my bank and I demand not only a repayment but compensation!!!
