⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Booking through the Pelago app was seamless, and the Pelago team was really helpful and patient in answering all my questions. They even assisted with arrangements for a wheelchair-accessible carriage on the train, advised on the suitable wheelchair size for the bus, and guided us to the nearest pickup point. Our tour guide, Matt, was awesome! He kept the group entertained with his jokes, was very friendly and informative, and even brought out a stool to make it easier for everyone to get on and off the bus — such a thoughtful touch. The Puffing Billy steam train ride was fantastic — beautiful views and a nostalgic experience that we could really feel and enjoy. We managed to take lots of great photos. The visit to Healesville Sanctuary was a little short (about 2 hours), but Matt gave excellent tips on the must-see highlights so we could make the most of our time. Overall, it was a smooth and memorable day trip — highly recommend!

Wonderful experience. The guide/ driver, Pete was punctual, appear with mini bus right on time. Along the way towards the first destination, Pete explain about attraction history, introduction of wildlife. In the sanctuary, was able to met with active koala bear and they were so cute! Before our arrival on Puffing Billy Railway, there was additional effort to bring us visit a national park where we try our luck on the wild birds. Last but not least, Railway ride was fun and Pete always surprise us where he always stand at the correct point, holding his phone and take a good video for us. Overall it's a perfect experience.

Fun and unique experience but scenery at puffing billy is a bit as fantastic as i had expected.
