- Daily: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
- All guests or guardians for minors must fill and sign an Indemnity form before accessing the zone.
- Outside food, drinks, glass containers, and alcohol are strictly prohibited.
- Smoking and vaping are not allowed within the park premises.
- No running, diving, rough play, or climbing on structures is permitted.
- Photography and videography are prohibited in restrooms and restricted zones.
- Guests violating safety rules may be ejected without a refund.
- Open to all nationalities.
- Participants with heart conditions, mobility impairments, pregnancy, or serious medical issues are advised not to participate.
- Adult tickets apply to those taller than 130cm.
- Child tickets apply to those between 90cm and 130cm.
- Children less than 90cm in height must be accompanied by a paying adult (18+).
- Guardians must actively supervise children under 90cm at all times.
- Children aged 0–17 must have an indemnity form signed by a legal guardian.
- Appropriate swimwear (prohibited items: jeans, loose jewelry, or sharp accessories).
- Valid photo ID.

Despite purchasing the ticket online, you still had to queue up like everyone else who purchased their tickets online to get your wristbands, and the counter staff takes their time to attend to each customer. Imagine it was a holiday with snaking queue. There is only 1 online purchase queue. We also purchased another ticket for a wrong date (1 day difference) but neither Pelago or the waterpark were willing to amend the dates despite the T&Cs saying no cancellation only. Very rigid. Rides were fun but the water at the slides section were obviously brown in colour as everyone were playing there. You had to pay to rent the floats and carry it with you wherever you went.
