Effective 7 July 2026, HarbourFront Passenger Terminal will be relocated to 5 HarbourFront Avenue, Singapore 099549. The new terminal remains conveniently accessible and is within walking distance from HarbourFront MRT Station Exit B (NE1/CC29).

- You must be at the Pre-Immigration gate with your boarding pass at least 30 minutes prior to departure in order to hold the reservation and seat assignment.
- All travellers including infants need a valid ticket - All travellers need a passport with a minimum of 6 months validity in order to leave Singapore and enter Indonesia.
- Please provide ALL Passengers' passport details (Passport Number, Passport Name, Nationality, Gender, Date of Birth, Passport Expiry, Issuing Country, Passport Issue Date, and Phone Number) on the check-out page.
- A fuel surcharge will be collected by the counter staff, effective 12 March 2026.

For all Batam Fast Ferry routes (Harbourfront Terminal and Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal), all passengers regardless of age must purchase a ticket at the same rate. There is no infant discount, no child discount, and no age-based exemption.
- One standard ticket required per passenger, from infants to seniors.
- There is no separate child or infant price โ the adult rate applies to all ages.
- A child who is 3 years old at the time of travel (even if turning 4 shortly after) still requires a full standard ticket at the adult rate.
- All children must be accompanied and supervised by a paying adult at all times.

Booking is easy to use and quiet convenient to collect ticket from the counter. The seat space is quite spacious and ferry is clean in general. They also provide water on board.
