Seamless process… would have been better if there is cold towels for the passengers.

Diver didn’t show up after 35mins and I have to arrange alternative transportation to the airport if not will miss my flight.
Pelago apps does not have selection for number of passengers and number of luggages but rebook my transport with another service provider and defaulted to only one passenger and one luggage. I tried contacting customer service but to avail. I had to explain to the driver on the spot but lucky enough driver understands English and is an understanding person.
It is my second time using this service. In average, we waited almost half an hour for a car to be assigned to us after reaching the meeting point. With ride hailing options widely available, I am not sure if we would book this service again.
