The experience is bad. Bus was late due to an accident blocking the road. But come on they should had alternative bus. Had to walk to meet the bus as it’s faster than waiting for it to arrive thru the bad traffic. Tour guide informed with apologies that we would not be entering the Cathedral although we bought the tickets, as we will be arriving in Segovia late and Cathedral will be closed. The Castles visit was informative, but somehow feels short change as some of the places are not view as the guards are closing the place. Lastly, the email document provided also lack information. Can’t click the meeting point address which I had to separately text to find out. Book the tour at your own risk!!
