There are multiple cruise providers for the milford sound experience. The RealNZ one was very enjoyable and comfortable. Ticket redemption was straightforward as well.

Terrible company with horrendous staffs
Westher was sunny. Heard that Mildred sound looks stunning in the rain. Still the cruise was smooth with nice bench at the top to awe in the view. No tea provided. Will be good if they did. Can purchase on your own.
