Since this was an airport drop-off, it was stressful and caused some panic initially. Thankfully, I had planned an extra one-hour buffer due to Pattaya traffic, so it did not impact our flight. For airport transfers, it would be better if the service builds in more buffer time or dispatches earlier, especially during peak traffic hours. Overall, a reliable service. With slightly more conservative pickup timing for airport transfers, this would be an excellent experience.
