I was deeply disappointed. I reserved the most premium and expensive course, but the restaurant was chaotic, the course itself was simplistic, and there was a distinct lack of entertaining performance. Most disturbingly, when preparing the lobster, a trainee was instructed to film the process on their phone – seemingly to document the trainee learning how to cook it – while simultaneously explaining the steps to them. This all happened while filming diners without any prior notice or consent. It was a thoroughly unpleasant experience. To add insult to injury, the meat served as Chateaubriand wasn’t noticeably better than regular sirloin, and my medium-rare steak was overcooked to medium-well. It was a profoundly disappointing meal, and my dining companion couldn’t even finish their course. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.
