In the morning, we will meet at a designated place where you will have the chance to get familiarized with your bike. Once ready, we will cycle to Cristian village, where you will visit the charming streets and admire the unique old Saxon houses, most of them dating back to the 1800s. Visit the evangelic fortified church, built in the 12th-13th century. Continue our tour with a fast stretch of paved road towards Vulcan, where we will tackle our first climb of the day, a 4-kilometer twisting road towards the village of Holbav. During the climb, feel free to admire the stunning scenery and the mountains. Once we reach Holbav, we take a break. We can stop at a local shop for refreshments and exit the village. Here is the moment the paved road ends and a scenic gravel road begins. After a couple of kilometers, we will begin a series of hard climbs to the high plateau. If you want to test your limits, feel free to tackle the ascents on a regular bike. Your effort will be rewarded with a refreshing drink at a local shop. We will ride at the foothills of the Măgura Codlei hill, overlooking the rolling hills of Holbav. In the end, we'll descend back to Vulcan and end the tour in Brasov.
