About the Centennial Cellar:

2025 saw the release of the 1925 100 Year Old Para Vintage Tawny - the 48th
consecutive 100 Year Old Para Vintage Tawny to be released from the historic
1878 Centennial Cellar. This wine continues the Seppeltsfield tradition of
putting down a barrel for release at a 100 years of age, started by Oscar
Benno Seppelt in 1878, with each release of the hundred year old wine having
aged over 100 Summers and Winters in a traditional oak barrel.
