The provider can deliver suitcases (check-in or carry-on size), cardboard boxes, handbags, snowboards, etc.
Please note that the provider cannot accept wallets (cash and credit cards), identification documents (passports), jewellery (diamonds and pearls), flammables (fireworks), toxic plants, poisons, cannabis, amphetamines etc. (all substances prohibited by Japanese law), and all animals including pets (dogs, cats, insects, reptiles, fish).

Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 24 hours.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 24 hours before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 24 hours before the date of selection.

Efficient service provided by Airporter JP, luggages arrived as planned at Narita Airport.

Easy to drop off at Haneda. But I booked a second luggage delivery from Disney hotel to another hotel with a 24/7 concierge and it didn't work
Smooth experience . But take note that they do not have a notification email when they pickup / drop-off your luggage. But if you contact them and ask, they will reply promptly on the status of your luggage.
Overall process was easy and convenient especially if you still want to do last-minute shopping before heading to airport. Though it was indicated that the provider would drop us an email to notify that our luggages were picked up, there was no email. Kinda panicked until we gotten our luggages at designated area in the airport. Just take note!
