A: A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you registered once your reservation is completed. Please check the email for your reservation details and voucher. You can also review your reservation information via the “Reservation Details” link in the email.
Q: I made the reservation using my smartphone and cannot print the voucher. Can I redeem it by simply showing it on my screen?
A: No. Displaying the voucher on a smartphone screen cannot be used. You must enter the ticket number at the on-site kiosk to issue a local QR code, and only the issued QR code can be used. Alternatively, you can enter the ticket number via the link below and use the QR code issued after entry.
Q: How to use on the day of use
