Guests are responsible for any missed departures due to going to the wrong pier or failing to arrive early for personal reasons.

How to Use: After a successful booking, please arrive at Central Public Pier No. 10 30 minutes in advance on the day of boarding, and present the name on your ID and the mobile number provided during booking to register and board. Please check the relevant route before departure to avoid delaying your trip. 4. Please ensure your mobile phone is reachable before departure. If you cannot find our staff at the pier, please call the emergency contact number on your voucher immediately. Once this product is booked, no refunds or changes are accepted; please be aware of this!
