*To get to the riverside dining area, you will need to go down a slippery staircase from inside the restaurant to the riverside. The seating is tatami mat seating only, and chairs and tables are not available. There are gaps in the riverside so that you can see the river surface. Please take off your shoes before walking on the tatami mats, so please be careful where you step.


*If the river level rises due to rain or bad weather on the day or the day before, lunch may be served indoors. In that case, the cancellation fee will still apply.


*You will be sharing your seat on the shuttle bus and at the dining venue with individual customers who are not members of Club Tourism. Depending on how busy the facility is on the day, you may have to wait at your seat for 30 minutes or more before your meal is served (Tour participants are not given priority in the way they are served meals).
