- Weight Limits: Maximum weight per sled is 375 lbs (170 kg) in dry conditions and 330 lbs (150 kg) in wet conditions.
- Height Requirements: Minimum height to ride is 38" (96.5 cm). Minimum height to drive alone is 56" (142 cm).
- Rain or Shine: The coaster operates in rain and snow, but may close during thunderstorms/lightning.
- No infant seats are available, and children must not sit on laps.
- All nationalities are welcome!
- Driver: Must be at least 16 years old and 56" tall to control the sled with a passenger.
- Passenger: Must be at least 3 years old and 38" tall.
- Riders aged 3–6 must ride with a companion aged 16+.
- Adult Ticket: Age 13+
- Youth Ticket: Age 7–12
- Child Ticket: Age 3–6 (Must ride with an adult driver)
- Children under 3 are not permitted to ride.
