Event Rescheduling
The organiser reserves the right to reschedule the event if the minimum number of participants (5 pax) required is not met or due to inclement weather. In such circumstances, registered participants will be notified at least 3 working days prior to the originally scheduled event date. Participants will be contacted via the email address or contact details provided during registration with information regarding the rescheduled date and any alternative arrangements.
Refunds
If the event is rescheduled, participants may choose to either:
- Transfer their registration to the rescheduled event date at no additional cost, or
- Request a full refund of their ticket price.
Refund requests must be submitted within 5 working days of the rescheduling notification. Refunds will be processed within 30 working days of receiving the request

- Sunday: 8:00 am- 11:30 am, 1:30 pm- 5 pm
- Meeting Point: Sembawang Yacht Club (SAFYC) member lounge outdoor area.
- Meeting Time: Please arrive at 7:50 AM or 1:00 PM (10 minutes prior to your departure time).
- Directions: Walk into SAFYC, turn left, and walk straight until you see an outdoor lounge area on your right.
- The tour proceeds in light rain; however, the Captain has the authority to postpone the trip due to unsafe maritime conditions (e.g., heavy lightning).
- If the trip is postponed for safety, a reschedule credit valid for 90 days will be issued; no cash refunds provided.
- In the rare event of mechanical failure, a priority reschedule or full refund will be offered.
- Late arrivals are considered no-shows and the full booking fee will be forfeited.
- This tour is suitable for history enthusiasts, families, and travelers interested in Singapore's maritime culture.
- Children aged 13 and below must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Food and drinks.
- Light, breathable clothing.
- Hat and sunscreen.
- Comfortable footwear with good grip (no high heels).
- Free parking is available outside Sembawang Yacht Club.
- Showering areas are available at the yacht club.
- Please note that the experience involves boarding and being on a boat.
