The e-ticket will be sent to your email within 24 hours before departure. Please present this e-ticket to our Seudamgo staff for pick-up service
For ferry ticket exchange, please proceed to Seudamgo counter
- The complimentary hotel transfer service is available only on Koh Kood. Please provide the exact hotel name and address in Koh Kood when booking. If you fail to provide a pick-up address, an additional fee will be charged upon pick-up
- For Koh Mak, pick-up and drop-off will be at the pier
The vehicle type might be changed to different class of Van or Bus without prior notice, depending on the number of passengers per day
Each booking can be changed once only
- Schedule changes must be made at least 24 hours before departure and within
90 days of the original travel date
- Route changes are not allowed
