- Please redeem your voucher to collect the physical ticket within the operating hours of Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center, Shinjuku West / Odawara Odakyu Tourist Information Center. Unredeemed vouchers cannot be used as a ticket
- Be mindful of the operating hours of each counter. No voucher redemption services are available during non-operating hours

Please note that you can only take 1 round-trip ride (1 departure and 1 return) on Odakyū Odawara Line (Shinjuku Station to Odawara Station)
Boarding and alighting at locations outside of the designated service range will incur surcharges, please consider before booking.
If you redeem the ticket at the Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center at Odakyu Station, you can only take trains departing from Odakyu Station. Please purchase the one-way ticket to get to Odakyu Station at your own expense.
In the event of adverse weather, safety concerns, or force majeure events resulting in train cancellation, please go to Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center in Shinjuku West or Odawara Station to request ticket cancellation, please note that only the cost of the unused portion will be refunded.
On the Odakyu Hakone Expressway Bus, holders of designated tickets will be given priority. If the bus is full, you will not be able to board.
Travelers are required to return their pass upon returning to the departure station.
Any bus routes/railway lines that are not within the designated area are at traveler's own expense.

Quick to book and easy to redeem! Hakone free pass is super worth it if you're gonna do all the tourist attractions there. The cruise and ropeway and train are all pretty special. Quite a fun day out. Pelago had a discount code so it was cheaper than getting it directly from the store.
This pass is extremely convenient and of great value! Easy to hop and off the trains, boat, ropeway and cable car with this pass. It's a must if you visit hakone. Worth it and can save you a lot of trouble.
Need to exchange the e-confirmation page to the actual ticket at Shinjuku station west exit. The freepass is totally worth the money and also very convenient when travelling at Hakone. I think it's a price worth paying for the convenience.
The Hakone Freepass is surely the most fuss-free way to explore Hakone! Covering all the essential transportation required from Tokyo to/within Hakone. Redemption was relatively straightforward too from Shinjuku station and Pelago made it even more seamless and intuitive with the instant confirmation feature. Loved the pass and thoroughly enjoyed how fuss free it was to book from Pelago.
Super easy to redeem, just go to the tourist center, scan the QR code with the machine and it will auto print your tickets. To use just show all the buses/trains stations the pass and they will let you through. highly recommended.
It was so convenient to travel around Hakone using the freepass. We even took advantage of the freepass to take the Tokai bus over to Mishima Skywalk!
